What Leads to Snoring?
There are various factors that can lead to snoring. It might be attributed to the natural structure of your mouth and sinuses. Additionally, habits like alcohol consumption, weight gain, and sleep deprivation can also contribute.
During deep sleep, our throat muscles relax, leading to a narrowing of the airway. This increased constriction creates more resistance to airflow, resulting in vibrations of the nearby tissues. These vibrations generate the familiar sound of snoring.
