What is Sleep Apnea
Sleep apnea is a potentially serious sleep disorder in which breathing repeatedly stops and starts.
Symptoms of sleep apnea include:
- Depression
- Dry mouth or sore throat upon awakening
- Excessive daily exhaustion/daytime fatigue
- Irregular breathing during sleep
- Loud disruptive snoring
- Morning headaches
- Low energy
- Poor concentration and forgetfulness
- Unexplained high blood pressure
- Waking frequently to urinate


A prescription from your doctor is required for sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy. If you are experiencing any of these symptoms, please contact your doctor to obtain a referral for a sleep test.
